Dr. Jacob Haiavy’s expertise in cosmetic surgery has been recognized worldwide and his warmth and concern for his patients have been evident throughout his career.

Prior to your surgery you will have been given prescriptions for whatever we've decided you need. And you will have also received a list of do's and do-not's for your pre and post-operative period. Our goal is to provide you the best treatment, plus the personal attention and privacy you need to feel more comfortable about the whole process.”

All procedures are performed in our fully accredited surgery center with the support of expert nursing and anesthesia staff. Many of our staff have been Inland Cosmetic team members for several years, and have been patients here themselves. Dr. Haiavy will use his technical expertise and personal experience to help you look your best and feel your best

Dr. Irene Tower

Dr. Irene Tower is a recent graduate from the Allegheny General Hospital General Surgery residency training program. She was accepted into Dr. Haiavy’s fellowship program in her last year of training and now is excited to pursue a career in Cosmetic Surgery.

She was born in New Jersey to Romanian immigrant parents but was raised in Houston, Texas. Growing up, Irene enjoyed the arts and spent most of her days crafting, drawing or sculpting. Even though her family was certain she would enter the world of arts as a career, Irene always dreamed of becoming a doctor. After high school she went to The University of Texas where she graduated with honors with a bachelor of arts in biochemistry. She then received her medical degree from Texas Tech School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. It was here that she realized that she loved to work with her hands and was meant to be a surgeon.

Her new found passion took her across the country to Pittsburgh where she spent the next six years training to be a General Surgeon at Allegheny General Hospital. Working at a level one-trauma center, Irene saw a variety of very difficult and extreme cases. With over 1,000 surgical cases completed in differing areas such as breast, thoracic, cardiac, head and neck, colon and rectum, transplant, and trauma, Irene truly finished with a strong clinical and surgical skill set.

Within her training she was fortunate enough to spend some time doing research with a Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgeon on wounds and wound healing. His work on reconstructing large abdominal wall defects inspired Irene to enter the field of cosmetic surgery. Irene’s time spent with this mentor showed her that the surgical field of cosmetic surgery could become her creative outlet by incorporating both her passion for art and surgery.

She escaped the treacherous winters of Pittsburgh and moved here to Rancho Cucamonga with her two small children (2 years and 5 months) and husband. She is now extremely overjoyed to be training with such a well-respected and skilled surgeon, Dr. Jacob Haiavy.

She honors the trust that patients must impart when choosing a surgeon to make them look and feel better. It is this trust that is constantly motivating her to continue to learn and be the best. Irene takes pride in being approachable, kind, and empathetic to all patients and their concerns. She always wants to make patients feel comfortable, like they are talking to an old friend.

Even though she has only been here a short time, Irene and her family feel right at home. They are planning on spending many more years in the beautiful sunshine of southern California.

Barbara	Barbara has been with Inland Cosmetic Surgery since 1995. She is a Registered Nurse and Dr. Haiavy’s Director of Operating Room Services and Recovery Room Nurse. She received her nursing degree from Victor Valley College in Apple Valley, California. She and her husband Ray, who is an attorney, and their son, Dane, live in Rancho Cucamonga. Barbara enjoys water and jet skiing on the Colorado River, dirt bike riding, and is active in several guilds at her church. Each January she joins a medical team from Temple, Texas and spends a week in Honduras on a medical mission. Barbara’s joy and love of her work along with her loving and respectable personality and character is one of the greatest assets to Inland Cosmetic Surgery.
Chris	Medical Assistant/Cosmetic Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the health care field. She graduated from the National Education Center in 1995. Chris joined Inland Cosmetic Surgery in 2000 and has been an invaluable member of our team, as she adds a personal touch to the care of her patients. She is fluent also in Spanish. Chris and husband Efrain enjoy their three kids, Elisha, Wendy and Christopher. Chris’ hobbies are her 2 grandkids, Abryanna and Austin.
Marlene	Marlene is a Licensed Esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the skin care field. She has received numerous awards and certificates for many different skin procedures and is an expert in her field. She performs all skin care services including permanent make up and eyelash extensions. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their son and daughter. She is a kind, caring and enthusiastic in her work. She is a great asset to our practice and her professional work compliments many of our surgical procedures.
Sarah	Sarah Searles is a board certified Physician Assistant.  She graduated from Loma Linda University in 2008 and quickly joined the team at Inland Cosmetic Surgery.  She is one of the primary injectors of Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers.  She also performs laser hair removal, skin tightening, and skin rejuvenation treatments.  You may also see Sarah at your consultation or surgical follow-up visits.  She is very warm and compassionate with patients, and always brings in her fun and bubbly personality.  When Sarah is not at work she enjoys spending time her husband Jason and going on trips and travels.
Lina	Lina is our Surgical Scrub Technician & Certified Medical Assistant who has worked in the health care industry for over 9 years. She joined the team at Inland Cosmetic Surgery in May of 2000. When Lina is not at work, she enjoys being at home and spending time with her two wonderful children, David, 18 and Jazzmin, 12. We are very happy to have Lina as part of our team here and enjoy her sincere and caring personality to everyone around her.
