34 yo female 5 years post augmentation complaining of implants too close together. Diagnosis: Synmastia, Bilateral nipple ptosis (drooping) and Asymmetry. After picture is 3 months post re-augmentation with silicone implants, fixing of pockets and bilateral donut mastopexy (lift).
